Searching for a strategic sales leader to motivate, engage, and coach the sales organization for continued growth in a highly competitive electrical supplies distribution space. Additionally we need someone to develop and implement overall sales strategies, drive the next level of maturity in sales analytics, re-assess sales methodologies and training and champion related change management. Lastly, you will be a key player in maintaining and growing relationships with strategic vendors and key accounts.
