We are growing and adding a new position: a Business Development role. You will drive net new sales of SAP Business One and be the Business lead of SMB Business for us. An opportunity to grow professionally and gain value experience in the rapidly expanding adoption of ERPs in the SMB space.

This is a key net-new hire for the organization. We need someone to take on these challenges:

1. Generate and manage leads and opportunities by developing and piloting call strategies
2. Make outgoing calls to prospect for SMB customers
3. Grow their sales efforts to quota-levels within a to-be-determined number of months
4. Create and execute a territory sales plan to achieve the above goal
5. Target new clients with reoccurring revenue potential

  • Prospect, qualify, sell and close new business to net new customers
  • Identify potential decision makers at prospect companies and document opportunities in CRM
  • Build then maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Be responsive to prospects & clients
  • Executing sales processes from Prospect to Close – Identify, Qualify, Negotiate and Close opportunities
  • Proactively prospect – Engage with prospects in-person, phone, web demos, webinars, emails, and social media
  • Participate in community events where clients could be found

  • You’re genuinely interested in other people
  • 3+ years B2B sales experience selling software solutions
  • Consistent track record of closing license ERP deals
  • Proven ability to create and present a compelling business case
  • ERP sales experience
  • CRM experience
  • Working knowledge of ERP applications such as Business One and/or Business ByDesign
  • The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of core functional areas of an ERP System, with an understanding of ERP’s role in: Manufacturing and Distribution, Order Fulfillment Process, Tracking Quality and Control Improvement, Inventory and Warehouse Management. Product Tracking Using Serial Numbers, Monitor Overhead and labor costs, Accounting and Finance, Cash Flow Management, Budgeting and Forecasting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Financial Reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Impeccable active listening qualities
  • Have a positive attitude and open-mindedness
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills


  • This role can be based anywhere in the GTA, preferably in the West-GTA
  • Travel to Prospective clients as-needed (eventually) within the GTA and 905s

Our senior consultants bring dozens of prime engagements between them and hundreds of years of SAP implementation and support experience.
