At SearchVelocity he provides recruitment services to software & technology companies and start-ups to identify and acquire high-value tech staff.  He brings 25+ years experience within software companies, including five software startups and IT professional consulting firms as a hiring manager of technical resources.

As a proud co-founder of Silicon Halton, a tech community grown to 1,500 members featuring several events & programs / month. He co-facilitates the monthly Tech CEO and Sr. HR Roundtable meetings. Collectively they manage 7,000 staff and a salary budget of $500M.
